1997
July 16 1997, andco.net founded by Pierre BERECZ and Philip VAN GELDER.
1999
December 1999, INDOM founded with Stéphane VAN GELDER. New office installed rue du Faubourg-Poissonnière, Paris 9th.
2001
September 2001, launch of a printed newsletter « domaines.info ». The online version domaines.Info provides specialized domain name news.
2002
September 2002, larger office building inaugurated opposite the French Stock Exchange building in Paris.
2003
2003, INDOM is chosen as the « Domain Name » partner for the International Industrial Property Symposium by the French Institute of Patent & Trademark Attorneys (CNCPI).
September 2003, acquisition of the domain name activity of a Parisian company called CVFM and its website SOS DOMAINES.
2004
2004, INDOM is chosen as the « Domain Name » partner for the IP SUMMIT in Brussels (Belgium) under the aegis of the European Commission.
2004, Stéphane VAN GELDER selected for the Board of AFNIC, the French registry, as elected representative of the Registrars. Stéphane re-elected for a second term in 2007.
2005
2005, INDOM is accredited by ICANN and by EURID. Regional offices are opened in the South of France, Sophia-Antipolis, and in the East, Strasbourg.
2006
2006, a new and improved website INDOM.COM is opened.
May 11, 2006, INDOM is awarded the title of « Gazelle Company Gazelle 2005 » by Mr. Renaud DUTREIL the French Minister for Small Business, Commerce, Crafts and Professions.
December 7 and 8, 2006, INDOM partners with the IP Summit 2006, the European Forum for Intellectual Property.
Stéphane VAN GELDER elected to the Board of ISOC France (Internet Society).
2007
February 16, 2007, publication of the book La stratégie de nommage (Naming Strategy) published by Domaines.Info, and written in collaboration by Loïc DAMILAVILLE, Naming Strategy Adviser, and Patrick HAUSS, Director of the Legal Department at INDOM.
March 2007, INDOM organizes the first Conference for dotASIA in Paris at the Maison de la Chine.
April 2007, INDOM reorganizes internally around Expertise Groups: Legal Experts, Legal Department, Marketing Experts, Computer Experts.
August 2007, new ard larger offices are opened in the center of Paris at 124-126, rue de Provence , Paris 8th, and INDOM Europe opens new offices in the historic center of Strasbourg.

July, 2008, Stéphane VAN GELDER elected to the Executive Committee of the Registrar Constituency at ICANN.
September 25, 2008, INDOM organizes a presentation for 100 corporate leaders to explain the new gTLD policy of ICANN for the creation of hundreds of new top level domains.
September, 23, 24 and 25, 2008, INDOM participates in the 5th E-Commerce Convention in Paris 2008
October 2 and 4, 2008, INDOM participates in the 63rd Chartered Accounts Congress
October 2008, Stéphane VAN GELDER elected to ICANN’s Generic Names Supporting Organisation - GNSO as representative of the Registrars Constituency.

19 october 2010, INDOM and IRPI organize the symposium "SOCIAL NETWORKS, DOMAIN NAMES, RESEAUX SOCIAUX, NOMS DE DOMAINE NEW CHALLENGES FOR COMPANIES", at the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Paris
21 december 2010, INDOM was bought by Group NBT, the European leader in the market for domain names, the digital identity protection and hosting.
